Animal Derived Content in Some Skincare

Attracted by global cosmetic brand gave me a task to do.
Nowadays, a lot of make up consist of gelatin, collagen, placenta, AHA, etc. Some of these ingredients comes from animal (esp pork by-products) even from human placenta. Sounds disgusting but that's the fact we are facing right now.

When I was trying to buy cosmetics, my friend named Aisyah always remind me to check the ingredient to make sure it is safe from any haram ingredient since they doesnt have halal certificate. We always discuss about some content before buy the product. One day I saw a forum about halal cosmetics and found many ingredients that maybe comes from animal and I didnt know it before. To make sure my cosmetics and skincare are safe from this ingredient, I contact their customer service and here are the answer:

Elishacoy 
I only use its Return Whitening Cream as seen below. Im super impressed by their customer care! here are the emails regarding animal content in their product.

 

 

Im impressed at how they answered my question even sent me the full ingredient list and asked me whether I need to try a sample 😊

As for the product, I looooovveeeeee it! it makes my skin brighter and shining lol. I have a dry to normal skin. This is just perfect! It's moisturized, non sticky, and non oily! It is kind of expensive for me but worth the money.

Laneige

I get to know laneige from kdrama's commercial break and I get to know its BB Cushion from Song Hye Kyo commercial LOL😆 Most of its products are so expensive that it's hard for me to afford but people say it's worth the money. I only use its Pore Control BB Cushion. I use it because of its high SPF and its semi-matte finish. Some people might hate its light coverage but I love how it make a natural look. I would dab a loose powder to make it less shiny. 

The Body Shop

One day pimples start growing on my face and Im so stressed over it. My friends told me to use The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil, The Body Shop Tea Tree Facial Wash, and The Body Shop Tea Tree Toner. I need to find out whether it is safe for me or not. So here are what I found.
